Would you like to return an item?


Have you placed an order but the item doesn’t fit, doesn’t meet your expectations, or arrived damaged? No problem. You can easily register your return through our returns portal.


The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. Exchanges for a different size are free of charge for orders within Germany.


EASY ONLINE RETURNS

We no longer use paper return forms. Instead, you can conveniently register and manage your return online through our returns portal using your order number and email address.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Please note that socks and masks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.


RETURNS FROM ABROAD

Returns from EU countries can also be registered through our returns portal. In this case, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please note that the cost of return shipping from abroad must be covered by you and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns from Switzerland must also be registered through our returns portal, but due to technical reasons, a return label can't be created through the portal. Please ship your return to our Swiss partner:
