Refund policy

Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or independent professional activity.

A. WITHDRAWAL INSTRUCTIONS

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day

– on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together;

– on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods, provided that you ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;

– on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, provided that you ordered goods which are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces.

by means of a clear declaration (for example a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may also use our online returns portal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the goods have been received back by us.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
